Meet the Instructor

I have 30+ years of law enforcement experience with 25+ years as a police supervisor. Police firearms instruction began in 2010.  I have many years as a supervisor in police special operations.  I have extensive dignitary protection for worldwide heads of state and celebrities with well known names.  Some of the agencies that I have worked closely with during those details include the United States Secret Service, Department of State , United States Capitol Police, Philadelphia Police Dignitary protection unit and other agencies charged with professional protection.  I am Experienced, Approachable and Inclusive.   My philosophy about everything is to pass on everything I know to whomever wishes to learn, in the safest and best way possible.

Here at Marksman Tactical we present to everyone according to their skill and comfort levels, the essential training needed to handle firearms in a safe and responsible manner. We train in the “National Rifle Association way.”

The National Rifle Association 3 Fundamental Rules for safe gun handling:
ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
ALWAYSkeep the gun unloaded until ready to use.
